We are a small business and believe that our pet should deserve a comfortable bed like us with the fraction of the cost. We offer a 30 days return or exchange policy. We inspected all products before the packing. However, if you received the defect, wrong or missing product, please take a picture of the defect and email it to us, we will resolve the issue right away. The pet bed will have no resale value because dog capable of smell and sense if the bed has been used by others. Please understand that the return bed must be in like new and unused condition in order for refund. Any returned used pet product will donate to animal shelter.
